When a printer shows offline it can mean various things. It can arise due to improper printer or driver settings or it can arise due to improper connections between the desktop/ laptop and the printer. Right-click on the Brother printer icon and click on the ‘See What is Printing’ option 5. See in the dropdown if the ‘Use Printer Offline’ option is checked.
