When a printer shows offline it can mean various things. It can arise due to improper printer or driver settings or it can arise due to improper connections between the desktop/ laptop and the printer. Anyhow, to fix the issue, you have to identify the reason why “My canon printer is offline?”. Sometimes, it happens to be because of some changes in printer settings. Follow the steps below to check the printer settings. 1. Click on the Start button 2. Open the Control panel 3. Go to the Devices and Printers option 4. Right-click on the Brother printer icon and click on the ‘See What is Printing’ option 5. See in the dropdown if the ‘Use Printer Offline’ option is checked.
