Good day everyone. please I need y'all to help me on which direction I should go.
left service some 6 months ago amd i jumped back to my shoe production business. I felt I needed another source of income to help myself. so I tried applying for some jobs.
I was fortunate to get an insurance company somewhere in Ibadan and they gave us the salary and commission marketing thing. as a salary earner I'll be at the office everyday but as a commission earner I'll report only on Mondays.
personally I fell the commission will help me because I'll have time to still run my shoe business.
But my parents be telling me to pick the salary . meanwhile as a salary earner you'll have a target to meet every month so there's much pressure on you for your salary to be sure and your employment. But the commission earner seem to have more freedom and lil or no pressure.
I'll like to know what y'all feel about my story and how you feel I can cope with the insurance thing since insurance isn't something a lot of Nigerians like investing into.
