Hello all, am a guy from kaduna.
Hav got a bit of a problem and i hope the matured minds can help me out.
Am 19, and have noticed that i get realy nervous whenever am outside my apartment. Even at church, at work, in the shop.. Anywhere! I just lose total confidence in myself, wen i notice that people are staring at me, my walking patern changes spontaneously, like am about to fall! I hardly talk to people, unelse you initiate a conversation, even wen girls converse with me, i have nothing to say wen they stop talking!
Please, can someone help a young brother in need to advice? Pls!
