FROM WILLIE J'S MOM PART 4Fairmont hospital said that on the morning of the 23rd they turned Willie on his side to clean him up and when they turned him onto his back he wasn't breathing, so they did CPR. Remember he had a tare in his Aorta, and then they transported him to hospital and did CPR again. When I got to the hospital that morning, I wanted to blame the hospital and blame the nurses but I know that it was his time. I miss him very much and my heart aches but he will always walk with me in my heart & mind. It's hard to believe that he's gone physically but I know that he is here even the more because his spirit is no longer limited to an ailing body. I also realize that we all have a date and a time, we just don't know when. My Love Center family and my job family (from 20 years working with them) have been phenomenal and I appreciate you all so much. Love Center you are showing me why we are called "Love Center"!

FROM MY FRIEND MOM PART 3They (including my friend son) had to wear a diaper all day. No, he couldn't live like that.......... I even understand the brain injury, because my friend would not have dealt with the tare in his heart appropriately. Dieting was very hard for him and the doctors couldn't control his blood pressure. They had him on seven different BP medications plus 2 different BP patches and it was not stable. My friend's wife and I spent quality time with him everyday, in his own way he let us know that he loved us (I believe) and we definitely express and poured our love all over him. It was very hard to watch my friend son in the condition he was in. He went through so much suffering in the last 2 months! I told him everyday "work hard to start moving and letting the doctors know that you are in there because you do not belong here." Jessica and I read "God's promises" to him everyday and sometimes his dad would read his bible study lesson to him.

FROM MY FRIEND MOM [PART 2I know some of you will say "So what happened to your God, trusting and believing in a higher Power"? To you I say if it hadn't been for my Trust and Hope in God I could not have been by my friend son's side these past 2 months. I would probably be in the hospital myself or sitting in a padded room. See I know why God didn't take my friend son when this first happened; he needed to prepare his wife, my friend son Jason and me for Willie's departure. With God I believe there is purpose in everything. When they moved Willie to hospital, we had the opportunity to see the kind of life Willie may have had. He was on a floor with other brain injured people who either stayed in bed all day or wheeled themselves around in their chairs. Some of them drooled all day and some of them couldn't talk or didn't want to talk.
