I considered in my heart that we all are in the hands of God.For we work all day without knowing what await us,Nobody knows if love or hatred await him or her.Everything look alike to us,serve the lord while you are young and with all your heart for i understand that the Son of men are full of evil and madness in there heart as they live,After that they go to the dead.While you are still alive check yourself if you are qualify,remember the living know that they will die,but the dead knows nothing neither do they have any more reward on earth,there memory is forgotten.After they die,their love,hatred and enviness is perished.As you live now go your way,eat with joy and drink your wine with a merry heart believing God is with you.In all you do let your garments always be white and don't let your head lack ointment.whatever work you do,do it with your heart and might for there is no work,knowledge nor wisdom in grave.

Trusting Other Poeple

For me, trusting involves more than simply trusting other people. It involves trusting myself and trusting the world. It means that I will engage in relationships with other human beings that will bring a wide range of learning experiences. Some will be good, and some will be bad. All of those experiences are just part of life. One of the reasons I have difficulty trusting people comes from me being a perfectionist. My perfectionism tells me that I'm special and I should be getting through life without pain or discomfort. If I was just doing better at life, people wouldn't hurt me. The reality is that I am not special. I will not get through life without getting a few bumps and bruises along the way. Sometimes, I just slip and fall down. But that's okay. I'm not perfect. No one is. Trust gives me the power to believe that the hurtful, painful and embarrassing moments are temporary. I tell myself, again and again, this too shall pass. Learning to trust doesn't mean I think every day is going to be great. It just means that I will have the tools to manage what life throws at me in a healthier way. Some days will be good days. Other times will be uneventful, and some days will be awful. That is real life in the real world. Trust teaches me on a bad day to call the friend that will make me feel better and not to call my ex-husband when I'm feeling vulnerable. Trust allows me to breathe into a yoga pose instead of a gallon of ice cream. Trust holds my hand while I buy one chocolate bar instead of five. Trusting is believing that the healing will continue even when I think that there are setbacks. Trust is where I forgive others and myself for being human.God' s Favour
