The life is full of ups and downs, There is a time in life when everything will seems not moving well, the time you will feel as if the whole world is against u, The time when the only thinking in your life is suicide, What to do in other to prevent it is, Lay a good foundation in your life, Meet with people that will make your life worth living, Keep a good relationship, be truthful, avoid cheating on any relationship you are into, make people around you feel there deserve life. and such people will give their time for you in times of sorrow, or heartbreak.
