INTRODUCTION
It is very obvious and embarrassing that the case of Nigerian Boko Haram has become a global case study in the world of which in the previous was seems to be the causes of Political Issues; some said, it is a Religious Issues; some cited it as Islamist militants group race to fight against Western Education in Nigeria and why some propose it as the root cause of opposition parties in Nigeria of which I quote them wrong as a result of the current situation in Nigeria today.
However, the truth about the issue of Boko Haram did not initiated or founded in this present administration of Dr. Goodluck Ebere Jonathan. Boko Haram has been in existence before the incumbent administration since the year 2002 which was originated from the North Eastern States of Nigeria especially with those states and communities that has a common boundary with Cameroon, Niger, and Chad. Although their main intention was to abolish Western Education and to establish Sharia Law. Above all, seeking for Islamist State.
Notwithstanding, it was obvious that the first mistake they made was to first of all starting by bombing down Christian churches in the north; kidnapping official children’s; bombing of official buildings like that of the United States Building and destabilizing Mr. Jonathan Administration just because an Igbo Niger Delta Citizen is in power which is a very big mistake they have made.
This is not a sentiment, Violence, riots, kidnapping, bombing, distraction, fallacy, imperialism and conspiracy can never bring peace to any nation, not just in Nigeria alone but to international community. Some has concluded that it is a sign of end time, why some propose that it is a sign for Mr. President to step down for the Northerners. Even if Mr. Jonathan Step down of which, I am NOT in support of that, would not stop the ongoing insurgent rather there is need for all Nigerians to join the Government to facilitate on Peace Talk and National Unity as a way forward.
Equally, also doubt with the recent reported in August 2013 that Shekau had been shot and deposed by members of his sect, but haven been survived, he was then described as the most dreaded and wanted Boko Haram leader which the United States had recently offered a US$7m bounty for information leading to his arrest. I also had that he has taken responsibility for the April 2014 Kidnapping of over 200 school girls while on 6 May, eight more girls were kidnapped by suspected Boko Haram gunmen. They recent videotape also claimed that Shekau threatened to sell the kidnapped girls into slavery of which the Military Arm of Government has bet #50, 000.000 to whoever may identify their location. To me all this propose statement is fallacy. In not less than few months the issue of Boko Haram would come to an end of which those behind the mess would expose after which they would be no more fund to embark on their insurgent mission from the sponsors.
NEGATIVE IMPACT OF BOKO HARAM IN NIGERIA:
1) Basically, the issue of Boko Haram is no more an issue of Northern Region on Nigeria rather; it is now a global phenomenon in the history of the World and if not careful, it would be extended to other neighboring countries in Africa.
2) On the other hand, Boko Haram is causing more harm to Nigerian Economic thereby affecting the participation of Foreign Investors and partners who may have been interested to invent in Nigeria.
3) As a result of lack of funding to Boko Haram mission in Nigeria, they rate of killing, bombing, destroying of properties and destabilizing government administration can no more be over emphasizing of which if they are arrested, they would definitely expose all Nigerians Officials who are incumbent founder and sponsors of Boko Haram.
4) The worst part of this Boko Haram is that some of the Government Officials, Military Officers, Eminent Nigerians, and Respected Dignitaries are part of the sponsors.
5) The Value of money has engage even some Christians, unemployed Youths, Thugs, and Out of School Drop out into the Ministry of Boko Haram.
6) Boko Haram are been trained and equip by some retired and serving Military officer who are looking for short cut of earning.
SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS TO BOKO HARAM CRISIS:
1) All Nigerian both at the Local, State and Federal Character should be security conscious. The issue of security in Nigeria is no longer a matter that concerns only the Government alone.
2) Both Private and Public School whether Primary, Secondary and Higher Institutions should provide security for protection of life and properties of Nigerian Citizens.
3) Suspected Eminent Nigerians who has been highlighted by the Boko Haram Members should be summoning by the National Assembly or been redirect to International Criminal Court.
4) There is need for the involvement of Amnesty International, International Human Rights, NGOs, CSOs and Donors working on issues related to Human Rights and Abuses in the World to intervene of this insurgent.
5) There is need for emergency call for both Christians and Muslins on Religious Unity in Nigeria.
6) There is an urgent need for National Orientation Agency to put up programmes to educate Nigerians so as to avoid the mistake of the West in equating Ideological Islam with Islamic fundamentalism, radicalism and extremism if really there are not in support of Boko Haram.
7) The an emergency need for USA, China, Russians and UK to help Nigerian Government to deploy their advanced tracking technologies equipments to locate this abducted girls.
8) One of the incumbent members of the Boko Haram should be call upon so as to highlight their Basic Needs and major purpose for such illegal action against humans.
9) Nigerian Government should full engage in Light and Heavy Industries and must be expanded to both local and state levels which of course would to great more job opportunities to unemployed youth in Nigeria.
CONCLUSION
In summary to my observations and investigation into the ongoing Boko Haram Mess in Nigeria, I can say that “Boko Haram” is no more a Nigeria Issues but known as: “International Sect” or “Boko Haram International”. The truth about this insurgent is until the one the incumbent members of sect are call into order in other to factor out their NEEDS and identify their sponsors because even though they missing girls are been rescue more distraction from the sects would still continue until there is peace talk with their sponsor. There is no doubt to say or keep asking who the Boko Haram Is is? Because even in the mix of the Military Officers, National Assembly, Prominent Nigerians and Respected personalities are very much aware of this going distraction with to Mr. President Administration. On the other hand to summon or impeach Mr. Jonathan would not be the solution to this crisis until the attentions of Boko Haram would be call upon to address by both the Muslin, Christians, Religious Elders and truthful members of NGOs that are working on Human Rights Issues across Nigeria.
