As for finding fufu in Paris... You would be surprised what can be found in Paris ! I have yet to know an ingredient that I have not found by digging into the Strasbourg-Saint Denis or Chateau Rouge neighborhoods. And that is not even counting the people I know who commute between France and Africa...
