Before making an important management decision, get as much as you can of the best information available, even if you have to beat it out of someone.. And review it carefully. Discus it with other wise guys, analyze it, draw up worst-case scenarios, add up the plus and minus factors,discus it with your men, then do what your gut tells you to do.
