When you are sick...The best friend you can have is a animal...per erringly a dog...They sense when you are ill .they love you completely .even when you leave home for a short awhile...your dog will dance and bark and welcome you back more than anyone else ..They know how to show love ...be good to your pets .........always

Can't eat fish, heavy metal poisons in their waters. Canâ€™t eat chicken...Get bird flu. Canâ€™t eat pig .get swine flu... cant .eat cow...get mad cow canâ€™t eat fruits and veggies, insecticides and herbicides. We will have to leave civilation and live on the moon

THESE ATTACKS SOMETIMES ARE BROUGHT ON BY .TO MUCH STRESS.OR SOME TRAMA THAT MAY HAVE HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST .WHEN OU HAVE PANIC ATTACKS YOU ARE ALWAYS.AFRAID OF HAVING ANOTHER .SO YOU ARE SCARED AND YOU DWELL ON IT .AND YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK ...AT THE HOSPITAL ONCE I MET A MAN ..WHO SAID TO ME.EVERYTIME I DRINK I GET A PANIC ATTACK.I SAID TO HIM.THERE IS AN EASY WAY TO FIX THAT...DONT DRINK.
