The curvaceous diva on this new single sings about being the “Sexy Nana” to the man that is turning her on. Plans are already on the way to shoot the music video in the United States; she is considering either shooting the video in Hollywood, California or in the nation’s capitol, Washington – DC, which is known for having a lot of urban and exotic clubs that play Naija Hip-Hop and Afrobeats. Either way, Janelia promises that the music video for “Sexy Nana” will be super-hot and super sexy!
Janelia’s musical influences are as diverse as she is, they include Sade, Mariam Makeba and Fela Kuti; she is currently recording a new album and shooting music videos for her new and upcoming releases. In this new album which is slated to be released in mid-2014, she is expanding her sound as she further explores Afro-Pop while infusing it with her original soulful vibes.
