afternoon pals, i have friend who is helping me to take care of my small company. anytime am way from the country, she usually cover up for my manager who happened to be my cousin. i hired an external auditor to help out in the accounting department without notifying them of the date alot was revealed! which i cationed my cousin seriously (manager) and gave him another chance! but i ask my friend to always help me monitor the records of the incoming products and the out going product at the end of each day which she agreed. am currently in korea and i call her on phone to ask her some question and she refuse to answer me... and i called the manager (my cousin) and he is no taking my calls. i set them up with a client which they are not aware of! my friend i have been talking about since is my fiancee! am confused and my trust for her is dieing fast. from her body language things are going on but she does not want to let me know so as not to offend my cousin (manager). will be coming back nextweek friday...... i don't really know how to tell my cousine and my fiancee off the company! i need ur opinion pls.
