Check this for me guys.. There's a government body we use to get contracts at my office, we get lucrative deals and the payment is never delayed, each time we get a job, processing and payment takes between 3-7 weeks, no matter how much it is. now, my boss is a money conscious person, and she only listen to herself. as the one who manages the contracts, I've made friends with the top officials and directors there, and they're all giving me hints that they're trying to freeze out our company because of the way my boss behaves when it comes to money and how she treats some of them with little regard. I've discussed with her quite numbers of time, gave her insight to what should be done, afterall they are not seeking bribes, just few changes, but she wouldn't listen. Now, some of the directors are encouraging me to bring in another company, or start my own, some even ready to help with funding if I cant match the required financial muscle. My boss is not ready to heed to advice, those people are ready to freeze her out, but want me to benefit from it, do I go ahead and take the risk? wont that be betrayal?
