So me and my girlfriend have been going out for a while, I've slept over her apartment, and I love her. We have all the same interests, in music, movies, food, TV and video games, she reads all my writing (I write stories, finished three books recently) and critiques it well, and we can just keep talking for hours and hours and not get bored. She's absolutely beautiful in every way and I can't picture myself being luckier - I have a mild form of autism called "Asperger" and I've never had any friends throughout High School or anything like that, people always harassed me, beat me up and made fun of me, so now that I finally have someone who loves me and I've made some friends online I don't see why I should abandon my only happiness so far.

Here's the thing: My Mom has no problem with her, nor my step-mom, nor my siblings, but my dad HATES her because she's so much older than me (I'm 19, she's 32). I don't know how to get him to stop yelling at me and terrorizing me over it (He makes fun of me all the time in a mean-spirited way) and it's really starting to hurt. I avoid him whenever possible but it's getting hard to cope with his disapproval. Do I just have to wait until he grows to accept it or is he always going to hate me? PLEASE help, I don't know what to do now :(
