Good morning pals! Pls advise me. An issue spring up in my office last week when we go and get a part for our damage truck and our head manager change the price on receipt so after all said and done we all leave and later in the day as our MD stay in USA and called to ask abt the outcome of the repairs and the breakdown cost so I told him I'm nt there when they paying for the hancur bt I knw we paid 13k for welding so he drop the call and called the mechanic and the mechanic open up that the hancur is bought for 22k nt to our knowledge that our head dpt man has change the 22k-35k and 13k-18k without telling me nor the mechanic shld in case MD ask so after our MD get to knw dis for total assurance he now called the 3 of us and put us on conference call. So the following day dis guy came to office and rant that we open him up and all sort. So we settled it and he decided he will be sorting us @ any cost of tins like dis so that we can all speak one voice! Bt nt knowing he told MD I spent staff salaries which I did nt so My MD called the person that brought me and told her that I'm spending my worker salary and the woman called me to her office so on getting there she ask me what was going on and I told her I did nt spend any worker salaries I only borrow from my workers bcox my broda wife gave birth with operation which I cough out huge some for his assistance and I hv paid back as soon as I receive my ( April salary ) so the woman told me our MD we think is the owner of the company isn't even the owner that its her and her husband biz just that they had more commitment that was Y so she decided letting that guy go and told me nt to tell anyone bcox she will take charge of the office dis Month!
So yday that I'm @ home he send mechanic to me to give me 2k and I called him that 2k for what? He said they bought tire and do some work that the 2k is my portion and he also give the mechanic also 2k bt I'm thinking telling the woman so that they will nt think that is how it has been B4 now!
