good evening pals, trust u guys day was cool.
I'm a manager of a company so to say; and I have drivers bit this faithful driver has always been diligent with his work BT always inquisitive about payment, bonus and the rest. tho I don't have a problem with that but its annoying .
we newly open another branch @ kano and we want to transfer sm of the truck down there so I did not ask him but he find his way to one of the truck and drove down left his work in Lagos nd all that bcox the bonus for kano is 20k, when I was giving them DEC bonus he was all around asking how much I give other drivers for him to be sure and things like that got to Md notice and she said I should cancle bonus for the year 2016.
now bcox of his traveling without notice and query from commissioner of environment I get him fired! order from my Md but all he could do is to send message to my Md that I'm taking part of there salary and all sort nonsense. funny enough my Md call my notice to it and she demand the pay roll of all workers since last year march!
now initially we don't do payroll. we pay them via envelop and that all.
my faithful pals how will I do a payroll of people that must of them have been either fired or left on there own!
I'm just disturb..
