I need your candid advice on this.

Please in the compound where I reside. We have three flats;
One bedroom flat (Husband, wife & two children)
One bedroom flat (my Husband & Me)
Two Bedroom flat (2 married men living together & sharing one room each because they relocated to PH becos of their job since March 2016).

What I am trying to point out is about pumping of water in our compound;
The people living in our compound don’t like bringing out money for any issues that arises in the compound(i.e: Utility bill, pumping of water, repairs etc).

My husband is a very quiet person and the people living in our compound are always taking advantage of him becos he does not talk much, Most of the time my husband is the one pumping water with the little money I am assisting him with monthly, becos my hubby has been out of job for the past 8 months now and they don’t care to assist him either with fuel or money to purchase fuel and all of them are working except my hubby.

I have been keeping silent about this, but now I cant take it anymore. I intend meeting our Landlord today, he is living in the next lane to the compound for him to have meeting on how we are going to be pumping water in the compound going forward becos they respect the landlord when he speaks.

Pls I want ur opinion if it is right and how do they share pumping of water based on experience.
