Good morning everyone. I am nt happy with situation of things right now and I must confess it. My MD is really getting too hard on me and each time anything happens she pick up on me as if I'm the cause. We have trucks and anytime accident occurs she won't love to hear it and beside I'm nt the driver. Sometimes we would hv accident I won't tell her I will do the rally round and make sure things come out well. If it's the one we re at fault I will still make sure I do my best and call people instead of calling her bcox all she wound say is leave the truck for them and later I will shoot that coy gate up. That word or statement is too negative to me so I decided to do my best anytime we had issues.
So off recent we had another accident and I went my way to do the needful but the man I mean the owner to the other truck said he will collect 1 million. Initially my driver said he was nt at fault bt getting to the scene the whole community said we re nt at fault bt I keep calm I just called her on phone nd tell her situation of things but she said God will help u. I rally round until vio inspection came and said we re the one at fault. For me to meet her and tell her that look what is on ground. She flame again what. Re we the only coy. U said we are nt at fault and said alot I keep calm nd all that. She shoot the office gate for more than a week. And later reopen it. Now she went at the back to meet with the owner of that truck bcox the case is at the court and she now want to settle outside court. But the man told him where is the young man in the case before because he must be here to sign some document to show that he is pleased with paying 800k. The man said alot about me and praised my effort I was not there it was my Assistant and she that went. Same thing happened when we had issues with railway. She always pass the aggression of the whole scene to me. Now I'm planning to dump her work and move on as the work might even been shoot down by December as foreign investors are coming to take over and I have been sent email twice to come for interview as they have heard about me and my work.
Why I don't want to leave her is bcox she attend my church and she has really assisted me and I don't want her to feel gilt that I leave her in her hard time but truth be told her attitude dis day is out if hand.. Please guys advise me should I honor the interview by the foreigners as there pay is pretty cool or stick with her and possibly face the time together...
