Dear Pals,

I would like to seek opinion on these issue have been reasoning for some time now.
Have been friend with a guy for so long, infact he is a family friend, a friend to the house. I even see him like a brother cause he so very free in my house, have a very good relationship with mum, i even know all his past life (as in ex gals), but above all, he is a very good and nice guy, from same state. He got a son from a relationship, the gal lives with him but these lady makes life unbearable for him which we all know as in my house despite the fact that she has a 6yrs old child already which she didnt disclose to him. Well the babe left with the son to another mans house. I know these guy well, cos he is more like a brother that he is not capable of maltreating a lady, he even cry at times where mumsy and others will b consoling him.

In summary, after all this scenario. my friend, my brother from another mother his desperately asking for my hand in marriage. He said he doesnt wants to date me but to marry me legally. He has been going about to all my family begging them to beg me, that he has wanted me all along but cos he was afraid of what i would think of him that is why he didnt ask me out before. He said i should not allow him suffer, when what he want is within him, and already he is like a son to the house since he his a family friend. Now he does anything you can think of just to convince me both financially and materially. I told him i dont want to take advantage of him so he should go but he persist. The whole thing is just like film to me now, cos he has even been begging for list of engagement items. He begs me to pity him and marry him that i would love him

Pals, i dont feel an atom of anything like real love in my heart for him. He wants to conclude everything like he said by next month ending, but he is begging me to allow him bring his family this month end. CAN I LOVE MY FRIEND? there is no single emotion, how do i marry him? we have known for long and he has been part of the house.

I have a relationship but there are issues and marriage for now is shaking, but the love is there. How do i handle all this? Am 30years. He has a job and am also working. Meanwhile there was nothing like marital rites between him and the other gal that left him, but the gal is too violent so am afraid.
