Pls I need ur advise so urgent.. My driver involve in an accident on June 2nd. A truck coming behind hit my truck when he was about to turn. On getting to the scene the dto said I'm not at fault and I should allow the case to be light and all that. That the driver that hit me from behind has either slept off while driving or over speed. So with that I keep calm. After some time they called me to go and negotiate with the man that hit my truck. I went and I said the only thing I can do for u is let me go and I will bear my damages so as not put more burdens on u. After some time the police came nd said I need to provide my driver tat he's the one at fault. Someone they hit from the back after all said and done. The police arraigned my driver before court yesterday and gave home 3 court charges... Pls advise needed here.... Pls. Thanks
