Pls help, there is a particular sensitive (intellectual) department in the organization wia I work that had shortage of manpower ( staff), so our Boss directed that they source for any smart staff from any other department who can learn and adapt very fast to fill in the gap, so many people recommended me ( without my awareness) and I was ordered to immediately report to our headquarter, wen I arrived, I was briefed and later attached to that department. Wen I started work there, I was determined to double my effort, learn fast and adapt so as not to disappoint d people that recommended me. The truth is; I av passion for this particular field,it gives me a lot of time for myself too cos we are running shift, we r just two, to cut it short, wen I joined him, I was told our boss usually give a package (cash) to that department every month end, since I started , they only gave me a token twice then it stopped, upon inquiry I realised that my boss now address d envelope to my colleague and not to d department as he use to do b4 and my colleague av refused to give me anything, he doesn't even inform me abt it at all, guys! I feel very sad bcos I am d one doing almost all works there and I do them perfectly well, other staff can attest to that but I don't know y my boss shud be sending envelope to my colleague alone, is it bcos I am an attach? I av bn contemplating telling them that am not interested working here again that d shud send me back to my original field and station but its just that my real work is far more stressful and time consuming but for how long will I continue working for a boss who don't seem to appreciate? Am really confuse guys, wat shud I do?
