Our classes are for male and female age five and up. All our classes are broken down into age groups. We offer morning classes and evening classes as well. Our martial arts school can prepare a fighter for a match or just condition a person through our strength and cardiovascular workouts. The facility is fully loaded with ring, heavy bags, weights, and conditioning equipment. You will receive a great physical workout which can improve confidence and also help to lead to a healthier lifestyle.
