Please lets continue sharing this till it reach the appropriate place.... Our future youth’s are been killed everyday in the North East Maiduguri, Adamawa, Yobe, Gombe, Kano to mention few.. It’s not matter either you have any body in the Military but please at least let fight for our Brother’s who sacrifice their life and freedom for us so that we can sleep while they are at every dangerous locations in the country to make sure we are safe, and were being treated like slaves in the ARMY….now before I start, I will show you the organization structure in the ARMY and their Ranks.. OFFICERS’s RANK OR FILE SOLDIER’s RANK OR FILE Second lieutenant ……one star private…….no rank Lieutenant…….. two stars lance corporal……one V Captain……… three stars corporal………two V Major……. eagle sergeant……..Three V Lieutenant colonel…… eagle& one star staff Sergeant…..eagle and V Colonel……. eagle and two stars warrant officer…..eagle with flower Brigadier General ….eagle with three stars master warrant officer….coat of arms Major General…..eagle with scissors army WO….coat of arms with flower Lieutenant general………. eagle with a star and scissors General….eagle with two stars and a scissors You can never see any ARMY Officer’s son’s or daughter in DEPOT NA they will either enter ARMY through NDA or Through Short Service Commission as an Officer. Any cadets that passed out from NDA will be giving one star, and that one star will supersedes an army warrant officer, now are you getting my point? Second lieutenant salary is more than a master warrant officer’s salary ….. They will go and trained their wards to be leader’s and common man children’s to be their slaves. The worst part is the Salary Structure that reflects a big Cheating in the Army. Officer’s were trained in NDA Kaduna, while soldier’s were trained in DEPOT NA Zaria. Officer’s will be called CADET’s while on training while soldier’s will be called RECRUIT’s . NDA is for the Big Men’s Children’s, while DEPOT NA is for common men’s children’s when cadet’s are passing out from NDA they will be paid a certain amount of money like furniture allowance going close to a million naira, while recruits will not be giving a dime. That’s is why you will see cadet’s passing out today and the following month you will see them with big cars, while an army warrant officer’s will be riding a motorcycle after almost 35 years in service. ARMY ONLY USE AND DUMP SOLDIER’s, THAT WAS IF THE SOLDIER’s DID NOT DIE IN SERVICE.SOLDIER’S WILL APPLY FOR BANK LOAN BEFORE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO RIDE CARS.BECAUSE THEIR SALARY IS POOR. BY RIGHT THE LEAST SOLDIER’S SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE NOTHING LESS THAN #100,000 SINCE 2012. BUT EVEN A STAFF SERGEANT IN NIGERIAN ARMY DID NOT RECEIVE #75,000 AS SALARY.WHILE A SECOND LIEUTENANT IS COLLECTING CLOSE TO #200,000 MONTHLY. #165,000 AS SALARY + ALLOWANCES. NO ANY ALLOWANCES FOR SOLDIERS.THAT’S IS WHY YOU’LL SEE A SOLDIER DISCHARGED AND TAKES UP A SECURITY JOB AFTER 35 YEARS OF SERVICE.AND OFFICER’S RETIRING WITH BIG FAT BANK ACCOUNT’S AND MANSIONS .YET THIS SOLDIER’S ARE STILL PROTECTING US.SOME PEOPLE WENT TO CREATE BOKO HARAM TO TERRORIZE THE CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY BECAUSE OF POLITICALAMBITIONS.POLICE, AIRFORCE,NAVY AND SOME OTHER SECURITY FORCES ARE WITHDREWING THEIR MEN FROM THE WAR, IT’S THESE SAME NIGERIAN SOLDIERS THAT ARE NOT TREATED WELL THAT ARE STILL PROTECTING US.FACING ATTACK EVERYDAY,REDUCING IN NUMBER EVERYDAY. AND YET THEY WERE BEING COURT MATIAL AND SENT TO PRISON BY THE ARMY.SOME FACING CHARGES AND ARE BEING DISMISSED.ARE THEY SUPPOSE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS? ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION…….WITH THE SITUATION OF THIS COUNTRY, ARE WE SAFE WITHOUT THESE SOLDIER’S? PLEASE LET FIGHT THROUGH MEDIA FOR THIS PEOPLE IF WE CAN NOT GO TO THE WAR FRONT WITH THEM AND LET’S RESPECT THESE PEOPLE.STOP DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN THEM.SOLDIER’S ARE THE ONE DOING THE WORK AND NOT THEIR OFFICER’S.DONT DISRESPECT THEM. WHEN YOU SEE THEM TELL THEM THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING US.IT’S ONLY GOD THAT WILL REWARD THEM,BUT PLEASE LET APPRECIATE THEM.DONT SAY HE IS NOT AN OFFICER THAT YOU WILL NOT RESPECT HIM, HE IS DOING WHAT YOU CAN’T DO..PLEASE CONTINUE SHARING THIS ARTICLE TILL WHEN OUR GOVERNMENT WILL INCREASE THE SALARY OF OUR SOLDIER’S.THEY ARE SOMEBODY SON’S, DAUGHTER’S, HUSBAND, WIFE, FATHER, MOTHER, UNCLE, BROTHER, SISTER, COUSIN.PLEASE CONTINUE TO SHARE.
