Sometimes, life seems to knock us over finding it hard to pray. It's all part of life's experience. Take a break and look for something that you delight in then, return with a happy mood and press on. You cannot prevent the birds of sadness from passing over your head but, you can prevent their making a nest in your hair. Make yourself happy always!
