Hello sweetypeters, Nice meeting you! Im not very regular on naijapals, but some how I came across your profile today and your comment " Im just sad" caught my attention. All I can say for now is that sadness is an emotional state, one that I consider negative particularly if it is prolonged. The good news is that our emotions are controlled by what our minds are feeding on. Its good news because we can change what we think on, thereby changing our emotions!
