THE NEED FOR SEPARATION
The practice of quietness is vital for
divine guidance because often times
God speaks in a still small voice. In
1Kings 19:11-13, Elijah sought to hear
from the Lord and according to
scriptures, there was first of all a
strong wind that brake the rocks in
pieces but God was not in the wind.
Then there was an earthquake
followed by fire but God was not in
any of them. After the fire there was a
still small voice and then the Lord
spoke to Elijah. How did it happen?
Elijah separated himself.
If you must become outstanding
through divine guidance you must be
separated. In Deuteronomy 5:30-31
God told Moses to send the people to
their tents. But to Moses He said,
