l'll be happy lf you could bake lt for me. l saw the status minutes ago, Sorry dear. Try stretching out ur body. Sit on the floor or on the couch stretch ur hands to touch ur toes, allow ur forehead to touch ur knees. Do lt randomlly, that can help to ease the pains ln ya back nd neck. Try lt!
