both are important.;.but it depends the area ur taking it to....as for me i perfair teacher : teachers now are earning more than farmer in term of month income....(i know that what ur taking is local farmer, like these in villages ) but if is rich farmers like OBJ former president....i will take farmer.....lol

Earlier run the farmers are more important but now it's the teachers bcos as we improve in our technological world,things become easier,take a look at the way technology can improve farm produce,even without the farmers,one can just go and start producing crops on the farmland with the use of scientifically made machines.

teacher is better because without educating the farmer on how to plant and harvest and also maintain the plants,the farmer cant know.konwledge first on how to do something before proceedings.hope the little i ve said am able to oppose,thanks.

Both are important... Education is the foundation of any society therefore teachers need not be undermined. Conversely, farmers are very important cos for any society to survive, there must be adequate food supply... Simply put, both teachers and farmers are very important to any society whether agrarian or technologically base.
