Democracy as defined is d govt of the ppl ,4 d ppl and by the ppl.this mean in a democratic state as we are presently,people appoint their leaders thru election and can be removed thru vote of no confidence .the system includes right 2 life ,freedom of speech,movement to mention few.i bet u,its d opposite in the military system.i pray it never occur again in Nigeria.who can remove a military man out of power?They come into power when the Democratic govt fails 2 perform.for example in the case of MKO Abiola's election and his opponent.
