Crying reduces stress in d sense dat wen u cry u are okay with what is bothered.You are release 4rm d sorrow.But reverse is d case in some aspect,crying can also cause damages 2 d body system,wen it's too much.In my point of view CRY does not reduce STRESS.It adding 2 d problem of d affected.
