WHY ARE GIRL ALWAYS ANGRY

Why is it that girl are always angry when a guy they know for so long(like 3-4yrs)just as normal friends,talk like brother and sister,to the extend of share their relationship with eachother.etc. then the guy tends to ask the girl for a relationship the girl tends to be very mad at the guy and dont want seems to like them again.i feel they could make a good match.cos they already know eachother problems.like and dislike.SO I THINK GIRL ARE ALWAYS WRONG TO HATE THE GUY.
