The last might not have been heard about Toyin Subair’s defunct satellite TV company, HITV.
While the pay TV station is still under lock and keys due to its N9billion debt owed GTBank, staff of the company are presently asking Subair to pay their over six-months salary arrears or face litigation.
Though some of the staff have moved on to rival pay TV companies like Star Times and DStv, but they are bent on collecting their dues from Subair, who they allege is still financially solid, notwithstanding HITV’s present travails.
We learnt that Subair who is presently out of circulation immediately after GT bank took over HITV sent his resignation letter from the United Kingdom.
It would be recalled that yemojanews.com broke the news some months back of the extravagance lifestyle of Subair which eventually led to the company’s woes and untimely collapse.
