The idea of an African Father Christmas is as ridiculous as it sounds Shocked. Ho ho ho..I agree with 'nobal'. Do we have to copy everything done in the West?
I always shake my head in amazement when I hear some people who try to claim that Jesus Christ was black. Indeed. Have you noticed how the argument about his attire has started already?

Compliment of the season to u all.

Having a black Santa Clause will be very good but it will not be cherished as that of the Whites.  In any case, thanks for d idea and keep up the good work.

A wonderful Christmas to u all in advance.

Father christmas is a character first played by BEN JONSON, dating as far back as december 1616. He had celebrated many christmas till his mid 60's when he resolved to celebrate the season in a happier way, by hiding inside a red snowsuit with white fur, red and white shoe, and a fitting cap. He has a big brown sac fully packed with gifts, sir christmas share gifts especially to little kids. Many christmas later, it was noted that many countries started playing their own. In a nutshell, since it can be played by other countries and colors, it is equally possible that we can play ours. To sum it all up, it is possible to have a naija SIR CHRISTMAS.
