If u want to be connected 24/7 the minimum u spend is dat 15k but since u are not using it 4 throughout 24 hour i will suggest u calculate how many hour u spend daily online and will tell if u shld just go 4 hours subscription i.e.100hrs or 250hrs.
but if u prefer be online only during d day starcomms charge 7k per month while night only is 5k per month.....almost d same with VISA network and multi-link.......................so choose from these options

Broadband? hyyhyyhyy.. I laugh in potuguese!

15k a month?
Damn... i'm paying 19 Euro a month for a broadband with a download speed of 20mega/sec. How come in Nigeria, considering the economic situation, ppl are made to pay 15k, for a very poor connection. God pls help us!
