where you train up your kids is not the problem but how you bring them up. Children can be raised anywhere, what matters is teaching them the right way to  face this life.

Some kids will rebel if u spank them...you should be able to know your child and what works best for em, but i don't think spanking is good...it only will make them very secretive and not be open about things, fearing they'll get in trouble for doing so..
