It anonying and heart breaking that this days all u hear is prosperity,no pastor tells if you,you will go to hell, they shy away from the truth, the bible has been turned upside down in the sense that the is denied because this pastors are gainig from it.and this has worsen the morality in our country.

My brother the bible says to guard your heart You and you alone are responsible for your soul The same bible says prove all truths and that you should study to show your self approved. One is only tempted by the desire of ones heart, you will fall for anyone’s words if you have not spent time to seek the truth for yourself.

In my own opinion I would say Pastor's preach prosperity this days because to me it seems they have lost the essence of their calling. To an extent I will say how many of them are really called to be a pastor? Many of them are their for self glorification and self gratification. When you look closely, You will notice that apart from politics in Nigeria, another lucrative business is the church business and if you are good at telling the people what they want to hear and not what they must hear, then be sure they will continue to sow a seed in the pastor, bless the pastor while the pastor continue to progress and the church member wallow in abject poverty.(Some). With some exception among the Nigerian Pastor, I will tell you that most are fraudulent. Pastors don't want to loose their members therefore they seldom talk about salvation rather they preach about the need to amasswealth simply because they know it will flow back to them via the members. Any way I will like to say people should be vigilant cos we are in the endtime.

YEA, AM SHOCK WITH THE ALARMING RATE OF PROSPERITY, INSTEAD OF SALVATION. BUT LOOK AT IT THE OTHER WAY ROUND, EVEN THE BIBLE ASK US TO FEED AN HUNGRY MAN BEFORE WE PREACH TO HIM, SO THEY ARE RIGHT, IF IT'S GOD'S WILL. IN NIGERIA IS GOD'S WILL OR HUMAN GREED IS THE ORDER OF THE DAY? ASK YOURSELVES.

Firstly, our bible make us 2 know dat in d end time many people will come & called them self Christ, can u imaging dat somebody dat is not christ & called his self christ u know he will be preaching abt wat will make people 2 beleive him.Back 2 dat subject : our pastors don't preach salvation again rather it prosperity yes he will do since he know dat people r no more seeking d kingdom of God again rather dey seek prosperity & bible tells us dat seek ye d kingdom of God and his rightousness after dis he will give us wat we need aboundantly but NO, people r not rather dey seek d blessing of dis world dan d kingdom of God. So we people dat know we r working towards d kingdom of God lets be wacthful, vigilant & prayerful bcos witout dis we can not get der,but i pray dat NO matter how is it will shall all get 2 HEAVEN in JESUS name. Mattew 7v21 let us 2 understand dat Not every one dat saith unto me, Lord,Lord, shall enter into d kingdom of heaven;but he dat doeth d will of my father which is in heaven. So do not do wat ur pastor did so dat u will not be judge. Look @ dis bible verse Romans 5:8, 1 john 1:7, john 3:16, pls av ur faith in GOD not In ur PASTOR.Not all pastor r called by God.

it is no longer news that church business is now one of the fastest growing enterprises in Nigeria today. Pastors are only interested in raking in money to their pockets and they are still not paying taxes despite all the money they make. how do u expect a good bizman to even preach righteouseness in the church when he knows that that will not put money in his pockets. i think the bottom line is that all these pastors are not different 4rm the OBJs, Tafa Baloguns, and Alaiyemeseighas of this world. i mean they are fraudstars and rogues who don,t pay taxes in the name of God. God will surely judge everyone 1 of them

The bible starts from Genesis and ends in Revelation. Every pastor called of God should not exclude anything in the bible. The foundation of your walk with God is your salvation. Jesus says, except a man be born again he shall not see the kingdom of God. It is after salvation that other promises of God can now follow. In Mt. 6:33 Jesus says "seek ye first the kingdom of God and its righteousness, and all other things shall be added unto thee". I doubt if any pastor will preach prosperity without preaching salvation, maybe you were absent on the days salvation was being preached, or maybe you tuned the pastor out because it was not something you want to hear.

it is disheartening that everyone is blaming the pastors for preaching prosperity when that is what nigerians want them to preach. people, prosperity is what you want to listen to, search yourself.

well pastor should not blam more much blcos d bible said dat time shall come when love of men 4 God shall waxe cold. prosperity has be mouth salvation of our new generalation pastor to deceive pppl in d name of claim it confess it and it shall be well with u.pppl like it blocs dey ran 4 pallar to post looking 4 prosperity and projection so satan give us fake pastor according to our heart desire.notwithstanding God is still in business of salvation wether our pastor like it or not , de will of God concern salvation must surely come to pass in d lives of pppl.d bottomline of it is salvation is real.
