I HAVE SEEN ALOT OF GIRLS SAY THAT THEY ARE  VIRGIN BUT THEY KEEP BOY FRIEND S,MAY BE THEY ARE LUCKEY ENOUGH TO HAVE NO SEX IN THE RELATIONSHIP BUT THEY DO ROMANCE,FINGER,KISS AND EVEN MATURBATES.

Being a virgin does not necessarily mean being decent. There're many undecent virgins and also, there'r very decent virgins

i dont think it is becos there are some girls who are virgins but enbage in some indecent acts such as dressing naked or engage in oral sex

virginity isnt necesarily decency.there a lots of non virgins who are much more decent than virgins.but to face the fact,a girl who has the strong will to keep herself a virgin has got to have a high level of discipline and will be decent to some extent,so it still narrows down that virginity is a part of being decent but doesnt make otherwise being indecent...
