Born and brought up in the family of Mr. Amasai Elkanah and Mrs. Nancy Amasai all of temoro and telui clan of Bille tribe in Demsa LGA of Adamawa state, Nigeria. Partaining to education, Paul started school at Gweda mallam primary school numan, later to Adventist nursery/primary school, then he got admission into Villanovan Gorventment College and later to Government Science and Technical College all in Numan. He later went to the Federal Polytechnic Mubi and studied in the school of environmental science. He had his first degree in language and communication art from The Federal University of Technology Yola, Adamawa state. Regarding religion, Paul is A dedicated and passionate christian who usually sings, teaches preaches in any location he finds himself. Relating to job, currently a public servant who specialized in building construction and estate management aside his primary duties. Relating to appearance, Paul is Averagely built, handsome and dark in complexion gentleman. About hobbies, he loves music,reading/learning along with playing football.
