At least two year’s experience in supporting IT.
Experience supporting PCs and the Windows 7, XP Operating System.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 1998 to 2010.
A proficient working knowledge of databases; tables, queries and reports.
A willingness to learn new skills. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Punctual and hard working.
Patient and able to communicate with different ages and IT abilities.
Methodical and thorough. Somebody who pays attention to detail.
Somebody who sees tasks through to their completion.
Inverter Installations and ATM support.
Provide support to staff, trainees and students in the use of IT hardware and software.
Assist with the full installation of new equipment.
Workstation deployment and imaging.
Assist in the management of the PC and Mac computer systems.
Ensuring the hardware and software inventories are always complete.
Documentation of systems and procedures.
Performing routine maintenance and servicing of equipment.
Liaise with suppliers in regards to warranty repairs.
Installations and monitoring of Telecommunication Equipments.
