We offer hard wood panel doors, hard wood frames laminate/veneer flush doors, HDF panel doors, kitchen, wardrobes, wooden floor/skirting, wall paneling, and general furniture consultation for construction industry and individual. Osdo Wood Products integrate state of the art modern technology with skilled craftsmanship to ensure high production standards, whilst retaining the heritage and quality associated with sustainable wood work joinery.
At Osdo Wood Products, we work in partnership with Architects conservation specialists and Interior designers to realize aesthetic requirements, while also ensuring the necessary performance demands are met.
MATERIALS
All our hard wood products are made in Mahogany and Akala wood, but can also come in any other wood specified by our client. The high point of our wood is that we season our wood which is one of the most important step in converting raw wood into finished products to give impact dimensional stability, increases most strength properties, increase fastener holding power and thereby joint strength, improves paint ability and glue ability and improves the thermal properties of wood. All this we considered to ensure our wood pass seasoning process before it can be use for furniture production.
FINISHING
All our wood products are finish naturally or with a stain or paint factory finish. The factory finishes guarantee excellent protection and penetration into end grains and assures better bonding between wood and stain/paint. All full range of different colour is available with paint finishes and an option is available for different colour inside and out.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Osdo Wood Products will liaise and work closely with customer to provide technical advice and support throughout the project from initial enquiry, through the design and quotation stage to final delivery. The company’s experienced, skilled craftmen and good professional team of Architects, Builders and Engineers ensure that products are of high quality and the use of modern technology machines allows for fast and accurate manufacturing, short lead times, quick turn around and delivery and competitive pricing.
Installation & maintenance
Osdo Wood Products are factory prepared and finished under quality controlled conditions to give excellent services, provided they are stored and maintained correctly on delivery and after installation.
