Its very common and one of the worst purnishment u cant think of. Thats when u tell somebody to kneel down, face he wall and start boxing the wall.

according to the persian mythology,wrong doers back then were stripped naked and covered with honey and milk....and left naked on a wood plank,hands tied....this attracts insects like bees,ants,worms,etc who will feed on and lay their eggs on the human bodies....now that some punishment u should consider.....
