They dont stop people transferring STDs. They only help prevent pregnancy. Even then, they are not 100% proof. On the negative side, they promote promiscousness, lack of teenage sexual responsibility, and act as subliminal way of transmitting STDs fasts. I think we can do without them...........what say you?
