NYSC ought to be scrapped from Nigeria. It is indirectly a means to punish youths of this country,... pple serving in places without water, electricity, mobile connection,.... and pple serving in developed places but are paid in KOBO,.... I think if they wanna help youths at all they (federal Gov.)
