THINK THE REASON THEY HAVE MORE BLACKS IN JAIL THAN WHITE IS COX BLACKS DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO GET A GOOD REPRESENTATIVE< LAWYERS> AND NO BAIL MONEY. Less money = crappier legal representation = more likely to be convicted.
