If they're illegal it should be the fault of the Government who tolerate their existence in the country which i guess ain't nor gonna happen in Naija .... All business must be registered either as public or private. Thou i don't know what's your research on this issue, i doubt if Naija will let any unregistered Learning Institute operates.....If the UNI. is not in JAMB brochure, you better save your time and money b4 frustration find it way to your life .....
