Looking at the Concept of Democracy, i think it is not the best form of Govt. The concept is contradictory and too ambiguous like Majority Rule; Minorities Right; Popular sovereignty; limited sovereignty; Rule of the People; Representative Govt; Equality; Human Right; Universal suffrage; limited suffrage. I could go on and on but to rap it all is the so called Metropolitan Nations that champion democracy do so only bcos Democracy encourage exploitat
