There should be ' military-style massive retirement' of officers above a certain cadre in the Security Agencies, promotion of younger officers and first class training of Nigerian graduates and recruitment? This is what the GovernmentGood-Luck should do if he is truly interested in one Nigeria? If he doesn' t do this, then he wants Nigeria to divide and he is a hypocrite.
