After reading a comment left for a confee on confessions, it had me thinking. How can some people believe in God but can' t believe that he has the ability to change a person and his/her situation? Paul is a perfect example of change. Before he was Paul (a bond servant for Christ) he was Saul ( a man who persecuted Christians) I believe people can change.
