Is it right to do blood transfusion, I DOUBT, because the Bible said we should not eat blood - whether physical eating or intravenously and most people will say it is not possible but think of the bible characters like David, Gideon, that will go for battles and have casualties and yet they survived without IT, so transfusion can be a lie of the devil especially when you give a room of thought to it in your mind then it will definitely happen to you that you need it.
